About Perday

Perday LLC started out with the purchase of a single building in 2005. After spending many years as entrepreneurs in the tech industry, Shawn Boday decided to challenge himself to this new venture. From that single building, he began sourcing and performing due diligence for an increasing list of potential investment opportunities, concentrating on commercial and multi-unit housing properties in the US. Since then, Shawn Boday has seen exponential growth for the real estate firm.

Perday today has invested in thousands of apartment units and commercial units located across the states of Washington and Idaho with plans to expand into other states in the near future.
